Completion and execution:

Efficiency and reliability of operation of DUCOMASTER units are ensured by using the best German materials and components. The chamber is made entirely of stainless steel and can be all-welded or prefabricated. The design of the chamber provides high strength and tightness. Thermal insulation of walls allows to achieve maximum energy savings in the process of work. The use of pneumatic actuators in the operation of actuators can significantly improve the reliability and trouble-free operation of the camera. The automatic cleaning of the camera is standard.

 

Computer Management:

The DUCOMASTER control system, the MR-1000 computer panel, is a constant and complete control of the process parameters with the output of information on the display.

  • 40 programs of 30 technological steps each;
  • control of the temperature inside the chamber and in the product;
  • control and management of humidity;
  • identification of malfunctions with the output to the control panel with service information, the possibility of individual programming;
  • the divergence of the temperature values ​​inside the product along the width and height of the frame is not more than 1oC on any product.
  • Easy operation with the control panel while programming the technological process and does not require special skills.

Heating chambers: electric, gas, steam, combined electro-steam.
The temperature setting range in the standard DUCOMASTER camera is up to 150oC, in the basic version.

Universal installations DUCOMASTER are equipped with a combined smoke circulation system, which allows you to work both in a closed loop and in a flow. Allows you to achieve the ideal result with the least loss and precise adjustment of the parameters inside the camera.

Smoke generators:

Universal DUCOMASTER units are equipped with a choice of two types of smoke generators: sawdust or friction.

Friction smoke generator

Has a low smoke temperature.
The resulting smoke – has a finely divided structure and a temperature of 2-3oC above ambient temperature. The low temperature of the smoke obtained in this way is much lower than the smoke temperature during smoldering – it makes it possible to create ideal conditions for cold smoking.

Sawmill smoke generator

High density of smoke allows to reduce time of smoking and gives golden color and appetizing aroma of production. The fume generator is unpretentious to the size of the fractions and the type of sawdust used (except for resinous wood species, sawdust dust);
