Russian Food Processing Equipment Manufacturer launched line for the injection of fish fillets in the Moscow Region. The line for automated introduction of salt is capable to make up to 1800 kg of finished goods per hour. The test run of the line allowed to obtain a weight gain of 22% after injection.
