A small batch of excellent quality dried roach was sent as a gift by our VIP client from the Altai Territory, who operates the largest fish drying chamber of the UVR-5 4×5 = 20 series manufactured by our company. Its capacity is 20 Euroram or up to 4 tons of fresh fish loading.


In addition to its beautiful appearance, the fish has an excellent taste and aroma of dried roach. The cold-curing technology is unique, which distinguishes our curing chamber from competitors. All processes of drying (removal of moisture using an external dehumidifier) ​​on this and many other lots of fish took place at temperatures below 20 degrees. The moisture content of the finished fish is not more than 39%.
