Product Description:
Series BR – conveyor machines for washing boxes, containers and baskets, providing perfect results even when washing a significant number of baskets per day. Machines of this series have 2 built-in washing programs: for washing accessories placed in the basket, or for washing the baskets themselves. The latter takes less time. Excellent washing results are provided by special side washers with self-cleaning nozzles. Optionally, a drying section can be supplied, providing a minimum percentage of humidity at the outlet, which allows the use of baskets and containers immediately after washing.
Series CR – tunnel basket washing machines, equipped with special conveyor belts. Machines of this series are distinguished by the optimal conveyor belt speed: from 2.20 to 6.95 m / min, with an increased conveyor belt width (710 mm). This combination allows you to efficiently wash the number of containers, drawers or baskets required for a particular production.
The drying section and air turbocharger system, supplied optionally, provide a minimum percentage of humidity at the output, which allows the use of baskets and containers immediately after washing. The upper inclined air flow on all types of drying makes it more efficient to remove water from any surface.
